Doctor, you have a PR problem, it seems to me. How can you instil fear in those around you when you look just so darned cute? And now you're advertising it on your flag! Surely there would be no end of embarrassment if someone were to unwittingly scoop you up for a cuddle.
If you want fear, let me suggest to you the image (appropriately gender-modified) of Bill the Cat from the old "Bloom County" comic strip.
It is the cuteness that throws people off-guard.
If you are an ugly monstrous creature or look obviously suspicious, of course others will think to pay attention to you. Blending into the background is a good thing for villains and the devious. Folks do not think a cute kitty is capable of such things.
The last person who tried to scoop me up had to be treated for bites and lacerations...Let that be a warning to you all.
