ETK New Release: Angry Mob Kit

Have you done something "wrong?" Perhaps an experiment escaped...again? Tired of angry mobs and rioters showing up on your doorstep? If you can't beat them, might as well join them, right?

The ETK Angry Mob kit comes with the two basic essentials every indignant townsperson or rioter needs: a pitchfork and a torch...

You may find it for 1L at the shops in the Tamrannoch Lab or Steelhead Warehouse or on the aethernet!

Operation Minion Rescue!

I was a touch distressed after finding those cans of kibble. Mr Quan is not your average minion, as he was sent to me by Hidden Paw themselves to help protect me. Ha! I say it is to keep tabs on me, but that is besides the point. As I was going to feed the squiddy thing, a little mousie tidbit came up to me and started squeaking away. I was a second away from making it my snack when I realized it was Mr Quan's pet mouse Five! I am not fluent in Rodent and he was speaking rather fast, so I could only understand "mountain," "trapped" and "rocks"...
I gathered up some supplies and Five and I ran through the streets of the town until we found ourselves at the base of Mt. Steelhead...I made my way inside, holding my torch out in front of me in the darkness. "Cato? You miserable pain in my neck...where are you?!" I shouted. I could hear a faint pain-filled mewing. I set my torch down in dismay and took up my pickaxe, hacking away at the rocks... I sniffed the air and picked up on his scent. Dear God, it was truly an offense to my feline sense of smell. Finally, I broke through and there he was, filthy and lying there rather helplessly. I saw a marmoset's bones nearby and didn't even wish to think of how he had survived down here for six weeks! On what? Runoff water and insects? My God, what number life is he on now, the fool?!I tossed my pickaxe behind me back towards the entrance and carefully pulled him outside. All that training at Headquarters was not for nothing after all, but my paws were straining a bit from the exertion. I had to get us out of harm's way, as I worried that the rocks could collapse again upon us both. Once outside, I looked down at him with relief, but the next time he pulls a stunt like this...I might have to just let him stay under the mountain!

On the Hunt

Still aching and a bit weak from my recent lab incident, I thought I would resume my search for Mr Quan, who has now been missing for quite a while even by cat standards. I heard rumors of his last being seen around Mt. Steelhead and thought I would check it out. I looked down on the ground and noticed a familiar item...A Krazy Kat Kibble can with his scent was still upon it! Surely Mr Quan had been here...
But did he go down there? I looked at the water and wondered...
As I walked back to the Port Harbor warehouses, I spotted a glint of metal on the uneven ground where excavations had recently taken place during construction. Another kibble can! What the?

A Harrowing Evening

I am usually a bit more careful, so I do not know how the explosion happened or how smoke came to be billowing out of the Caledon Tam lab...
But the next thing I knew I found myself lying on a table at Caledon Regency Hospital. I have no idea how the minions got me there, but they had instructions to do so in case I could not tend to myself. I do not trust most crackpot quack doctors out there to treat me, but if I have to pick one, at least Dr. Mason is familiar with dealing with mechanical parts. I became quite feverish and in addition to my raving and ranting about my parents and minions, I am quite sure that I promised to kill him... However, my senses are quite keen and I could have sworn that at one point there were two Dr. Masons present. The other told me his name was "Marcus". Could I have been hallucinating in my delirium? The last thing I remember before closing my eyes was looking up and seeing the Doctor standing over me, singing a song in an eastern Feline dialect to calm me...
For what it was worth, upon my waking in the morning much improved, I was brought fresh salmon for my breakfast. A good medical institution indeed! Now, where are those minions? *narrows eyes*

ETK Labs Warehouse is Complete!

The minions did a good job on the Port Harbor warehouse complex. Well, they better have. I am rather pleased and much craziness will follow in the coming future. Your safety can not necessarily be assured (fire, experiments, and other assorted unforeseen side effects) and "accidents" do happen. How they wrested the giant squiddy thing from the Lab to its new home, I would rather not know. Come to think of it...where is Minion #18?
I believe visitors will find the complex most interesting with glimpses of unusual things...Well, I had to store my Tock Lobster somewhere...

Let the Building Begin...Hold the Seals Please

I arrived at Port Harbor and thought "What lovely architecture" at the view from its teleport point. It will be interesting to see what my neighbors will construct. I wonder if they will be using minions as well. And there is no truth to the rumors that I pushed a minion off of the roof. He, well, slipped...I found a few seals underneath the pier near my lot. The Elf told me that I was not to a) eat them, b) use them for my latest experiments or c) eat them.
