Not My Doing This Time

The dam in Boomtown seems to have developed some cracks and water is pouring through. As tempting as it is to claim this one for myself, alas, I can not. I am so sorely tempted to make those cracks ever so slightly wider though...In the meantime, I ended up in the flooded mines. I know these tunnels under the city quite well now and there was something there that I needed to investigate. I ended up catching a little mousie that seemed to be trying to get out of the water...I shall not eat Chester, but I know that Chuckles will not like him at the lab in Tam. Hmm...I needed a new live chew toy...

Steelhead Scouting Mission...

After our meeting with Mr Eclipse and Miss Hilra, MR Quan and I slipped away to Boomtown...with its dam and tunnels. Of all of the places in Steelhead, the dam is certainly the most promising...although weakening the tunnels is of interest as well...We travelled underground, where we found remnants of tracks...
We carefully picked our way along the old tunnels...
And after dodging moving gears and molten metal somehow ended up in their dance hall...
At one point, I lost Mr Quan among the central field of flowers in the park. *sneezes* I would say our scouting has yielding some interesting finds...
